Leave M1 at Junction 15, follow dual carriageway, leave at 2nd Northampton exit at Bedford Road roundabout (A428). Leave roundabout at 2nd exit into Rushmere Road. Proceed up hill [past Old Scouts RFC on left] then over traffic lights. Continue over second set of traffic lights [Abingdon Park on right] to a complex of three traffic lights. Turn left at the third set and past the County Ground on left to a mini roundabout where turn right. At next set of traffic lights [White Elephant public house diagonally opposite on right] turn left. The Raceourse is on the right and the entrance to the changing room carpark is on the right just before a further set of traffic lights.
